Customer would just be leaving a message (like a voicemail) so they may not want to bothered with having to listen to the message they just left. I am still demoing the system, so the system is not recording my survey responses. I need at least a few responses (like 10 or less) in order to evaluate the reporting features which are critical to my applications. Would it be possible to enable my account for a small number of responses.

When using comments type, the system appears to only accept a message of about 10 seconds in length. Is there a way to have the system accept longer messages.
