Plum IVR Support

Hi I am currently uploading recorded wav files, some of my files are larger than a Meg. Is splitting the prompts the only option ? Are there specific compressions's I could use without jeopardizing quality too much ? Do you recommend any tools for editing/compressing and cutting wav files that works...

We have some multiple choice questions that are not required. However the system continues to loop for an answer.
Also, is there a way to configure how many times a question is looped for an answer (for required and non - required ??)
