Hi folks,
We wanted to move off of using basic authorization, and would like to instead secure our IVR content by whitelisting the IP address ranges for the Plum datacenters. Can you provide us with this range of IPs so that we can implement this on our side?
Thanks,
Matt

ruleref to external URIs supported?
Hey guys, Just wanted to check with you and confirm whether or not you support a ruleref to an external grammar file: My testing so far shows that this isn't working, and the documentation hints that this might only be supported for a local rule within the same grammar file. So far I have tried the ...

Oh my, thats a boneheaded move on my part. Thanks for catching that one; it did fix the issue entirely.

Re: Weird grammar error
Hi again, Thanks for the reply. I've moved hosting to the file repository, and I'm still seeing the same error. I am not understanding how this error would be host-specific, as the error is coming from the ASR. (200024;012;1433773727) [inet] EVENT: Attempting to fetch http://repo.local.plumgroup.com...

Weird grammar error
Hey guys, I'm getting a really strange grammar error that I'm just not seeing the root cause for: Error creating grammar Message from ASR engine: --------- SWI_PARSER_XERCES_ERROR| XML syntax error| STRING_GRAMMAR | In XML grammar at line 3 char 6: No processing instruction starts with 'xml' -------...

File Repository
Hey guys,
Has the service for file repository changed from what is listed in the documentation?
* http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/dev/plumdevguide:filerepo
I'm not seeing any options to create subdirectories or download all my scratchpad content in bulk, which is why I am asking.
Thanks!

Switching ASRs within a voice dialog
Hey guys, In testing out multi-language capabilities using the N9 ASR, I wanted to make sure that I'm actually hitting the es-US ASR properly: While the code & grammar execute just fine, the logs for both "current" and "recent" calls don't output anything that confirms whether the code below invokes...

Nuance 9 ASR languages
Hey guys,
Is there a listing of the xml:lang ASR options available when using your Nuance 9 ASR? I looked in the docs, and didn't see anything definitive that listed what was available.
Thanks!

Re: Need information on callrecording feature
Followup question on the recordcall property: Can I play back the recorded call within the VXML execution context similar to how the <record> element works? It isn't seeming to work for me, and I thought I'd ask if I am missing something elementary. WORKS: <record name="myRec"> .. <filled> <prompt> ...

speedvsaccuracy
I see that your hosted platform does not support the speedvsaccuracy property when using OSR3. I wanted to ask: 1) Do you expose this property setting to paying production customers? 2) Is this property available when using the Nuance 9 ASR? 3) Do you allow setting any of the nuance.client or .EP (e...

Re: Get phone number called
Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. I'd presume that you offer local DIDs outside of Boston, does he DNIS limitation apply to those numbers as well?
Matt

Re: Get phone number called
Just so that I am clear on the limitations for capturing the full DNIS value in-app: I get that DNIS will return only the last 4 digits when dialing in via your staging DIDs in Boston, and I get that inbound TFN calls will return a full 10-digit string value. What I am curious about is whether or no...

n-best support
Hey guys,
Just wanted to see if you supported nbest post-processing. Also, are alternate Nuance ASR engines available other than OSR 3?
Thanks!
