Re: App Not Opening
For what it's worth, I tried to clone the current revision (184) and that would not open either, but I cloned the previous revision and that opened successfully. When you have a chance, can you let me know if I somehow corrupted that most recent revision?

App Not Opening
Hello Support, Running into an issue when trying to open just one of our 7 apps (the master template). Could you take a look when you get a chance? Full disclosure: yesterday I did delete multiple prior revisions of the app using the Application Options menu on the main page. I have done that in the...

Unable to Deploy
Hello,
Starting today (05/09), we have been unable to tie any of our deployed apps to the assigned phone number. The initial attempt on the Deployment page appears successful but upon refreshing the phone number is no longer displayed. Can you take a look when you have a chance?
Thanks!

Re: Show Custom Timeouts & Timeout Length
Ok, thanks. I do see Show Custom Timeouts on the Transfer module, along with the Connect Timeout and Max Timeout options. For what it's worth, the descriptions for those settings in the documentation give the impression they are available on all modules. Is that planned for a future release? Thanks ...

Show Custom Timeouts & Timeout Length
Hello,
The documentation refers to module settings for Show Custom Timeouts and Timeout Length but I cannot see those in any of the Input modules. Are they in fact unique to specific modules?
Thanks!

Exporting Session Logs
Hello,
I'm having an issue when using the Export option for the Logs. Regardless of the date range selected, it consistently returns data just for the last 12 calls. Can you advise whether this is a bug or something I may be doing incorrectly?
Thanks!

VoiceTrends - Diagnostic Flow
In the Dev platform, there is an option in VoiceTrends reporting called "Diagnostic Flow" to help identify trouble areas in the call-flow. I don't currently see that option in the Navigation menu on Fuse+ but there is a reference to it in the documentation. Will that (or a similar type of reporting)...

Compare Variable module
Hello, I'm having some difficulty with the Compare Variable module - specifically the 'greater than or equal to' option. When I add that module and attempt to re-direct if a variable is greater than/equal to a certain value, it will not re-direct and continues forward with the next module in the cal...

Re: Application Settings / Shortcut
In addition... I am experiencing a similar issue in the No Match and No Input sections of the Application Settings. After selecting Jump To or Transfer options from the drop down, any value I enter in the new window does not get saved. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

Application Settings / Shortcut
Hello, I have been unable to successfully configure a Shortcut on the Application Settings page. Are you aware of any open issues on that feature? After selecting a value from the "Press" dropdown and then selecting a value from the "To Jump To" dropdown, I click Save and the "To Jump To" value is r...

Re: Audio Manager / disabling system prompts for Menu module
Apologies for the late reply. I can confirm as well this was resolved. I do have a follow-up question/concern regarding the automated system prompts for the Language module. I am currently trying to use a single .wav file for the "Press 1 for English" and another for "Press 2 for Spanish". Both are ...

Re: Using same audio files across multiple pages
If needed, you can review our app "testAudio" for reference. Also, I just found that if I remove all audio files and then re-load, they are played successfully on Page 2. So while that's a word-around for now, can I request that you research the possibility of not having to reload them? Thanks again

Using same audio files across multiple pages
Hello, I'm having some difficulty with the same audio file being recognized on a different page within the same app. After I created Page 1, I uploaded 4 audio files to play for a few of the prompts/modules and they all play successfully. I then created Page 2 which has very similar prompting but ju...
