Re: <say-as> tag currency in Spanish
Thanks for your response. I'm not sure if I'm following your example. It says -xml:lang="es_us" - shouldn't it be "es-MX"? Also, I just wanted to clarify that I need an example for one of your suggestion in the earlier post, you said: "You will need to preparse the currency amount on your end of the...

<say-as> tag currency in Spanish
Hi, I have checked several past posts regarding the issue of currency not spoken correctly in Spanish when using text-to-speech. One of the solutions suggested was in this post - https://support.plumvoice.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=72652&p=141759&hilit=spanish+currency#p141759. Do you have an example o...

Re: Latency issue
Please check below. This one was slightly less (about 8-10 seconds wait), but still why did it take so long to initiate the call? Latency issue
Hello, We have noticed a period of silence before call pickup. When calling Plum IVR for the first time after a break, there may be 14 - 18 seconds (approx) of dead air before the call is answered. This happens mostly on the first call after a break of an hour or more to the system. Is this because ...

Re: Error message configuration
Hi,
I have another question regarding the error message configuration. How we can configure default message in case of some network issues? For example, currently what error message will be played if for some reason the network went down and "root.vxml" can't be accessed?
Thanks

Call logs
Hi,
Is there any way to fetch call logs outside your Plum Voice portal? In case we want to export and view them in our environment.
Thanks

Error message configuration
Hi, I was wondering if there is any way to configure your default message "DocumentParser::FetchDocument - Parse error in file: received event: error.badfetch" to custom "I'm sorry, but we're currently experiencing issues. Please try your call again later." I think the second will be more appropriat...

Re: <menu> and <catch> elements
Hi,
Thanks for your response. I was not able to locate my file repository. I followed the directions from your documentation (please check the link below). Is it possible that it' not enabled or something? Thanks.

Re: <menu> and <catch> elements
Hi, Please see below the sample of the scratchpad. We would like to add a caller id variable the same way you helped us to add a session id. I have tried using the sample below without any luck. Please advise. <?xml version="1.0"?> <vxml version="2.0"> <form> <block> <var name="sessionId" expr="sess...

Hello, Please check below the information from our debugger about the raw request we are getting from you when call starts. We don't see any session id in there.
