Call logs appearing out of order
We are seeing some call log data appearing out of order. For example, the end of the call interaction appears at the top of the log and the start of the call is in the middle. Should I PM links to a few examples?

Is this something on the roadmap for future functionality: to allow a blind or consultative transfer, where we can drop the line after x amount of time? We are receiving client pushback on keeping the line open and incurring costs tied to that.

Transfers - bridge vs blind vs consultative
Are blind or consultative transfers supported? Or is it bridge transfers only? I'm trying to understand if we can perform a transfer, confirm the connection to the 3rd party and then release the line. Is that possible?

We are experiencing an issue with menu prompt. After providing the content (to do x press 1; to do y press 2; to do z press 3) the system than says, "for one press 1; for two press 2; for three press 3" I know this was a bug several months ago. From the documentation it appears there is a way to send an SMS in Fuse+ but I don't see an SMS module for us to create that.

I'm not sure I'm following. We have a local area code assigned to the deployment. When we first queued the calls, the calls were not even received by landline numbers, only mobile numbers. We know this because we tested on several landlines locally here. Then after posting here the number showed up ...

Update: We were able to get a call through to a landline but the number is showing up from a completely different number now. Are you troubleshooting on your side and rerouting the deployed number to a different number? Please let me know as we are set to launch these outbound calls on Monday. Thanks!

This seems to still be happening. I have my shortcut set to jump to a transfer page. When pressing zero during the call though, the call exits the application. There's no error in the error log. Application is Test Employee Activation
