Call In Progress Hangs

I now have twice ran into a situation where there is one Call In Progress, which stays there for a long time (approx. 30 minutes). It doesn't actually make the call and there's no way I can delete it. All calls that are in the queue stay there until the 30 minutes are up. I tried rebooting the server with no luck. Any ideas?
