How to seup outbound caller id? currently it showing up as private
or un known. Is it possible to show the fixed number. If how do I setit up. thanks

IVR Outbound Caller ID is only available to customers paying for IVR hosting service. Please send an email to
support@plumvoice.com with your Customer ID* in the subject line to request this capability. Caller ID is currently limited to one IVR outbound number per customer.
