Is VOIP required to use the Plum Platform?

I work for a San Diego HMO that needs to update their IVR technology; however, their budget does not currently allow for the upgrade to VOIP.

No the Plum IVR platform does not require VOIP capabilities for integration. We provide a full range of connectivity options from 4 standard analog POTS lines to multiple T1/E1s. You should contact sales@plumvoice.com for the list of IVR platform capabilities and requirements.
