Hi there,

are there any settings that we can change in order to tweak the answerphone detection algorithm for better performance on UK telephone systems?

I realise answerphone detection is a difficult thing to do, but are there any tricks or settings we can do in order to improve our detection rate.

The callee type detection algorithm is a generalized tool and has shown at least 90% accuracy on UK phone IVR systems with the IVR platform. There are no tweakable settings.
