Is it possible to use multiple voice engines on one account?

Hi,
If you have multiple inbound phone numbers in your hosting account, you may set a different TTS engine for each phone number.

I'm sorry, let me rephrase. We have a client with multiple outbound numbers. When sending calls, although one number is set to "Tom," and the program returns that the call was read by "Tom," a female voice was heard. Can you only set one voice engine per account, even across multiple outbound numbers?

Yes, that is correct. Only one TTS engine can be set per outbound account.
