15 minute record limit

Hello,
We are new Plum customer and have recently rolled out VoiceXML our application to our users (doctors that do their dictations using our system). On our end, we developed in classic ASP coding and our server is Microsoft IIS on Windows 2003 Server OS.
During development we were told by your technicians that there is a 15 minute time limit for a given recording. Can you please ellaborate on that a bit? Is this a 15 minute limit on the VOX file creation process on your end, or some sort of connection timeout between your server and ours, imposed by your system?
What we're seeing is that it appears to be more like a 14 minute limit (and we've implemented it as 12 minutes to "play it safe") but my real question follows.
Your technicians also told us that you are working towards increasing that 15 minute limitation up to 60 minutes. My question is this -- do you have any ballpark idea as to when that 60 minute limit might be in production for our use?
I ask because our users are already complaining about the time limit because we're telling them to press 1 to save the current dictation (less than 12 minutes in our solution) and begin a new one (which resets the clock and creates a separate VOX file).
Any advice you can provide along these lines would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Charlei Pasquine
