My understanding is when you import a new file it completly overwrites the existing file, correct?
If my original d/b had 100 records and my new file has 75 records when I import I will be left with a d/b of 75, correct?

Hi Sarah,
Yes, your understanding is correct. Once you import a new file into your IVR system, your old data would be overwritten with the new data.
