Hi,

Yes, you can private message us the telephone number to call into your IVR survey and also the username for your IVR survey account and we'll take a look at it to review and make suggestions.

clarification of IVR Survey issues

Post by support »

Hi,

To answer your IVR survey questions:

1) About your question on setting up skip logic to transfer to a live agent, you can set up "page skip logic" so that after your user answers all of the questions "correctly" for your IVR survey, the user would be skipped to a page in your IVR survey with a "transfer (phone only)" question type in it. And for this "transfer (phone only)" question type, you can enter the 10-digit phone number that the user would be transferred to.

For more information on skip logic: http://surveys.plumvoice.com/admin/docs/skiplogic.htm

For more information on using the transfer (phone only) question type: http://surveys.plumvoice.com/admin/docs ... ne_Surveys

2) About your question on turning off "voice activated responses", we are implementing a global speech recognition disable feature that will achieve this effect. So, the only way that users would be able to input information is by using the DTMF keys on their phone. The only question types that would still accept speech input are: Comments, Full Name, Full Address, and City,State/Province and these responses would just be recordings by the user. We plan to have this new feature out with our latest release of our IVR survey application on Tuesday, October 14th.

If you have any more questions regarding your IVR survey about how you want it improved, you can direct them here in this forum.

For any sensitive information related questions, you can use the private message feature of this forum.
