We are currently in the process considering a permanent move from our current IVR vendor to Plum Voice. As such we are putting the sytem through a full run through and are in the process of uploading prerecorded audio for an outbound phone survey. However on Page 2, Question 8, Choice (3)
If you feel the county commissioner system should remain the same, please press 3."
The uploaded audio file does not save when going either to the next page or saving changes. Whereas all other audio files are saved appropriately.
The audio file is an MP3 44100 16-bit file just like all the other files and is well below the 1Mb upload restriction.

In the 3rd Multiple choice option on Question 8, the text contained a quotation mark at the end of the sentence. Removing the quotation and re-uploading the file solved the problem.
