Is there an easy way to ask for an alpha-numeric value entry when the caller in on the phone ( not web survey) ?

none of our IVR question types take alphanumeric entry

Hi,

Sorry, but none of our IVR question types take alphanumeric entry for phone IVR surveys.

Part of the problem with alphanumeric entires is that just like with human recognition (i.e. recognizing m's and n's over the phone), it would be difficult for an IVR speech recognition engine to recognize an input like "a12nm43g6".
