How to create two SOAP webservice pages?

Postby wzhang09 » Sun Oct 18, 2009 7:11 am

Hi,

In our project, we need to ask customer to enter their ID and then the system will check whether this ID is in our database, if it is there, then return "accepted" to allow this customer continue the service, which this is our first SOAP webservice page.

The next step is to use this customer ID to retrieve "STATUS" from database, if his STATUS = FILED, then return "rejected" and then a voice message will say "You already filed claim" to stop the process. This will be the 2nd SOAP webservice page.

In your test SOAP, I saw there is only one page http://survey.plumvoice.com/ws/sample-w ... e.php?wsdl
which everyone is using this one. How I can create above two pages and save them with different URL names?

Thanks!

Hi,

You cannot save PHP files to our IVR web server. You will need to find an external webhost. If you would like to host IVR web applications with Plum, or have us develop an IVR webservice for you that is hosted on our IVR servers, please contact your sales representative to discuss purchasing developer hours for custom IVR development.

Regards,
Plum Support

As discussed with Ted today, we will implement WSDL file on our side with database and give you our endpoint.

For our web service, we will implement security mechanism on communication layer. We just want to know if you have existing mechanism we can follow.

If we use private/public key based communication, is that possible for you to generate encrypted message by using our public key?
