Dialing to Brazil
Hi,
We created a campaign that will make calls to Brazil but the links are not being performed.
Testing telephones in the United States works.
The error reported is "Call failed or no pick-up.
Could you help us please.
Thanks

Re: Dialing to Brazil
Hi,
About dialing out to Brazil, currently the Plum Survey tool restricts you to only entering 10-digits, so you wouldn't be able to enter the correct number of digits needed to dial out to Brazil.
This feature is currently being looked at by our survey developers. We will let you know once this feature has been made available.

Hi,
You should now be able to make outbound IVR international calls using the Plum Survey tool.
Please remember to format the number like this for dialing out to Brazil:
011 + 55 + Area Code + Tel #
Also, please let us know if you experience any difficulties with this.

Re: Dialing to Brazil
No, I'm really having trouble in the Survey.
Make calls to Brazil and needs to be pronounced in Portuguese, is now in English.
In TTS voice module selected Raquel - female but not speaking in Portuguese.

Re: Dialing to Brazil
I received a return on our business contact stating that the problem had been corrected.
I've done some testing and it works just the introductory text and then always returns a message in another language.

Re: Dialing to Brazil
The text from the image below is the correct language.
At the time of speaking the options below seems to be returning an error, not speak in pt-BR

Re: Dialing to Brazil
Hi,
Please try this again. However, please keep in mind that only the options will be spoken in pt-BR (also, the voice for Brazilian Portuguese is Raquel, Madalena is the Portuguese voice). The built-in audio phrases for your question will be in English such as "To select" or "...or press 1". You would need to upload pre-recorded audio for these specific phrases if you would like them to be in Brazilian.
