Hi,
If you're using the "Comments" question type, you can go into the Audio Manager (see here for documentation: http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/surveys/u ... rdings.htm) and mute the TTS from being played in your survey. Simply click on the drop-down arrow for "You recorded:" and select the option for Mute.
