Re: Mute "To Select" Prerecording

Hi,
You can do this by using the Audio Manager tool within Plum Survey. From your "My Surveys" page, click on the "Edit" tab and then click on "Upload Prerecorded Audio". Once you're on the Audio Manager page, look for the phrase "To select:". From there, you can choose to mute, change, or record over that prompt.
