Plum IVR Support

Is there any way for the voice recognition to look for specific keywords in someone's response to take the to the proper question using skip logic? For instance, if the question is "what is your favorite color?" and someone's response is "i like red." then it would recognize "red" and use the appropriate skip logic.

Sorry, but it is not possible for our speech recognition engine to detect specific keywords in someone's response, as mentioned in your example where the user says "I like red".
