Greetings...again!

I am trying to upload an MP3 file for one of the built in prompts but it will not play back. Can you replace built in audio prompts with your own audio file? I am trying to replace the prompt that says, "This is an automated call. Please press "1" to continue or press "2"..." Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to replace built-in audio files with your own audio files. It's possible that the .mp3 file may have been poorly encoded and is why you're experiencing issues with playing it back in the Audio Manager for Plum Survey.

For best results, we recommend recording your audio files in 8 khz, 16-bit linear mono format and uploading those files to the Audio Manager.
