Hi,
When I am trying to setup an outbound call using developers account to an asian country, the call completed with success but callee type shown is "answeringmachine " instead of the orginal voice telephone and there was no telephone call executed by the plum server.
My questions are
1.Is it possible to make outbound call to asian counties?
2.Which countries we can make outbound call or only US?
3.Please give the area code for a newyork number?
4.Can I specify a start url and response url(vxml file) in another web server(linux machine) during call queueing? or all files should be in Plum hosting server?

1. It is possible to make an IVR outbound call to the US and Canada only.

3. I don't understand this question, please elaborate
4. The start url and response url can be pointing anywhere,as long as they are valid urls
