Current outbound documentation (http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/dev/plumd ... nddevguide) does not mention anything about setting up the Outbound Tools in the hosted area or the Plum Outbound app on turnkey servers. Where could I find this information?

For both turnkey IVR sytems and hosted IVR service you need to login to each IVR system's outbound interface as the user queueing the calls.
In the case of the IVR hosted site you simply need to login and visit the "Outbound Tools" page.
In the case of the the turnkey IVR servers, you need to go to: http://[turnkey-ipaddress]/outbound. Once there login as the admin user, and add at least one sender account. Now logout and log back in with the new sender login and PIN. This will finalize the sender account.
In both cases you will need to "Start" the default campaign to allow calls queued via the queuecall.php API to be placed.
