IVR developers use tool called sox, which runs on linux app

Post by support »

yes, this can be done. The Plum Voice platform saves files as 16 bit, 8khz mono wav.

Our IVR developers use a tool called sox, which runs on our linux app servers. With an optional library you can convert from wav  mp3

http://sox.sourceforge.net/

hope this helps!! Please post back if you need any more assistance.
