I want to know that which langulages supported by the PLUM
voice portal?.Please give me the detailed list of languages.
We are supposed to purchase the facility of PLUM voice server,
also please take this into consideration when you reply.
And , Presently which countries does the plum portal support to
make outbound calls?Only US?
Also Does plum supports Spanish language speech to play, speech recogniztion ?

Which Languages are supported by PLUM
IVR platform offers AT&T Natural Voices and Speechworks
The ASR and TTS engines bundled with the Plum IVR platform are English-only. The Plum IVR platform offers the AT&T Natural Voices speech synthesis engine (http://naturalvoices.att.com/) and the Speechworks Speechify speech synthesis engine (http://www.nuance.com/realspeak//) as add-on modules. You can refer to those two sites for information on available TTS languages. Plum also offers the Speechworks OSR speech recognition engine. Please refer to http://www.nuance.com/realspeak/ for further information on supported ASR languages.

I would like to know that the service of plum portal is available in which countries?.We want to expand our services to different countries with different languages using you turnkey server.
In your reply you have specified about different speech engines,
Since our idea is to purhase only the service from plum not the plum's hosting software to install in our server.
Do you have any plan to expand the service to different countries/languages in near future?. We are looking to expand the service as prograssive customer we are eagirly waiting for your reply.
