Posting variables changes

Post by prasanth »

Hi,

Our system post outbound calls through the CURl method in php.All of the parameters shows correct in the plum except the earlist time and latest time. I have posted 0000 and 2359 for each variables resplty.

But from the plum portal , the value seems to be 100 and 59. and
the outbound call stops with a callee status of "notapplicable".

Why the posting variables convertes to some other values?
And the callee status changes to "notapplicable" mode?

Awaiting your reply,

Thanks

Plum IVR Outbound system issue

Post by support »

Hello,

It is possible that the Plum IVR Outbound system is compensating for the timezone difference between our EST servers and the area code you are calling. What is the area code of the called number in this the case?

Hope This Helps!
