Hi,

In outbound call, how we will schedule the call in a diffrerent zone.
Also what are the significance of callee_schedule time,callee_expirationtime, callee_eralist_time and callee_latesttime. How the values are related. I have gone throght the help, but failed on making outbound call.

Please explain how i schedule an outbound call to plum server and use of the values.

NOTE: the outbound system's web pages seems to be not working in plum server? When will the problems over?.

2.) Does the plum server support speech recognation and DTMF key press detaction at the same time from a callee.

Thanks
Reu

IVR sys simult recognizes both speech and DTMF from callee

Hello,

The schedule time parameters are times relative to the timezone of the areacode for the phone number being dialed. Plum maintains this list of area codes and will queue the IVR call with rules to wait for the time relative to the areacode of the phone number being dialed. All times returned from queuecall should be the time relative to EST.

The issue regarding not being able to see the IVR outbound webservice was a DNS issue related to Plum's recent infrastructure changes. These changes are now completed so IVR service should now remain uninterrupted.

Finally, yes, Plum supports simultaneous recognition of both speech and DTMF from the callee. It is recommended that you first build your speech application using Plum's IVR inbound system and then when you have completed the user interaction portion of the scripting you should test the application using Plum's IVR outbound system. This will make your development go much faster.

Hope This Helps!
