I need to validate the VXML document against DTD. Please tell me how to do that in Java.

Unfortunately this IVR question is in no way related to VoiceXML Development. Plum is not expert in Java XML parsing and can offer no help here. Your should direct your question to a more appropriate forum regarding XML parsing and Java such as the xerces-java website:
