I was wondering what call transfer name$.duration is. Is it minutes, seconds or milliseconds.
I wrote it out and it was 0 for some reason after I hung up on the other phone call.

Unfortunately this a known IVR bug in the most recent version of the IVR platform. It is currently fixed in our testing build which should be released in the next few weeks. When the fix is in place the value will be in seconds. Hope this helps!
