Outbound call not going through

It works previosly but now it does not work at all.

I test this using zoiper to receive the call.

Test using your outbound call api to make the call but still, it keeps on dialing and will end up as "answeringmachine" status.

Sometime, the status i get "voice" but i didnt hear any voice on zoiper side. Nothing. Zero.

Can you please assist?

We cannot guarantee the functionality of any third party VOIP clients or their compatibility with our systems. We recommend testing using a standard phone line.
