Plum IVR Support

Hi

we are trying our best to prompt verification code letter sequence, but it sounds not good.
is there a specific way to prompt separated letters and make them sound loud and clear?

we tried comma, CAPS, dot, everything... and nothing sounds good...

any suggestions?
