We send several outbound calls via Plum and occasionally Plum fails some calls and returns "No Attempt" - what are the variables that can cause this message to be returned? What does this mean?

Hi,
There are a few reasons why the calls would be returning a "No Attempt".
1) The number entered is not valid.
2) The line could have been busy causing the call to be unable to connect.
3) The remote end could have returned an operator intercept causing the call to not connect.
4) The local carrier for the remote end could have failed to deliver he call.

When do you see the "No Attempt" being returned. Is it when you are queuing or is it from the result_url. Could you provide us with a sample of the url POST where this happens? This will help us give you a better diagnosisi of what is happening.
