Unpexpected bad fetch error

Post by ccortezia »

Hi there.

We are trying to setup the integration between PlumDEV and our cloud based IVR application.
The application is currently hosted publicly, and has been tested using a development PlumDEV free account with success. Now we are trying to repeat after the same configuration steps using a real account, just with no success. The logs show that Plum was unable to connect to our server.

The mentioned server is reachable online, and a valid VoiceXML document can be retrieved from it using any HTTP client. In fact, it was possible to validate the endpoint successfully through the validation tool in PlumDEV's web interface.

I am suspecting there may be some network level restriction on the official account that did not exist on the development one. I tried running the network validation tools from PlumDEV and all but the ping tool would seemingly work (our firewall currently blocks incoming ICMP).

Can you help ?

Hi,

Your production account is configured to operate in our secure PCI environment. Our PCI environment restricts requests to only IPs which we have whitelisted, so we need to know the IPs your requests will be coming from in order to allow them through. We are currently waiting on this information in order to complete your account setup. There is currently a support ticket open, but if you can provide this information please send an email to support@plumgroup.com.

Regards,
Plum Support
