Plum Dev is a Voice XML platform and requires you to build a VoiceXML application on your webserver. We recommend you look at our Plum Dev tutorial located at http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/dev/devel ... e:tutorial. There are additional APIs for queueing outbound calls and sms messages available to paid accounts.
