Retain original Caller ID on call forward from PBX system

Hi,
We have PBX system and all calls to our current IVR system are made to a phone number part of PBX system. We would like our users to continue calling same phone number part of PBX system instead of calling the PLUM number directly.
Currently we are forwarding the call to PLUM number whenever we receive a call on our phone number part of PBX system. With this approach we found the PLUM is not receiving actual Caller ID of user instead PLUM is receiving PBX system phone number as Caller ID.
It would be great help if you can let us know the configuration changes we should consider doing to PBX system so actual Caller ID is forwarded/sent to PLUM
