Plum IVR Support

Question: What is the Max length the variables that Plum App can support?
I assigned a 450 bytes data string to a variable.
During the logging in plum using log statements, I only see partial
message as output. Wondering if it is Logging limitation or Variable
limitation.

Hi Meena,

We replied to the ticket you sent to support, but wanted to post the reply here as well just in case:

We do not place a cap on the maximum size of a variable in our systems. However, there is a limit to the data store in a <log> entry: 255 characters (including whitespace). Please let us know if you run into any further issues.
