OutBound Applications with Extensions

Hi,
As per the suggestions,i tried with
7322830499 : Number to be dialled up.
After call is attended prompts welcome message and asks for
extensions.Then we need to Type the extensions.
I tried with 732-283-0499;postd=227
But Still it is not working.
