Plum IVR Support

We are experiencing an issue with menu prompt. After providing the content (to do x press 1; to do y press 2; to do z press 3) the system than says, "for one press 1; for two press 2; for three press 3"

Could you link us the forum post where you previously posted this bug? We apologize it fell through the cracks!

Currently, this is not a bug though. For menu modules, prompts are dynamically and automatically generated for the options. If you go to the audio manager, you will see the 3 built-in prompts. You can delete the text to mute these prompts, or you can split up your original prompt to put the wording into the built-in prompts.
