Problems sharing application

We have two users, say user1 and user2. user2 created an application and wants to share with user1. user1 tried to invite user2 to his account. Clicking on invite showed an error that 'account.activate_user_error.already_active' (the message is correct, i.e. user2 is already on Fuse+ platform).

What should user1 (or) user2 should do, so that user1 can access user2's application?

Users may only share to other users within the same account.

For each out our customers/companies, there is one administrator user, typically the first person who signs up for a Fuse+ account. They are responsible for creating other users under their account. So if user1 and user2 are on different accounts, then they may not share to each other at this time.

user1 should create user2 either with another email address, or if you PM us user2's email address, we can delete their account. After user2's account is deleted, user1 can create user2 again, this time under user1's account.
