Completed/Pending Table Question

We are not seeing any completed calls in the Completed Call Table for outbound programs that we are testing right now. We are uploading csv files and are completing calls, but that tab is empty. All the calls appear to be under the Pending tab with a status of queueing, saying 0 of 1 Attempts, even though calls have been completed.
Are we missing something in the process?
