Being a trial user, when we post data to REST service through REST module, we get the error log "[rest] - Uncaught event: error.badfetch.http.500". But the log doesnot show request payload.
Also in REST server site log, there is not a track of the post request. so it is hard to diagnose.
The REST services has been tested through our client app.
Any Ideas on this?
Thanks.

Please PM us
1. Your Fuse+ username
2. Which application/revision/page the REST module is on
3. A link to the call log showing the lack of request payload

Re: Hard to diagnose on POST of REST module
One file is received successfully, but there is no file name extension. After manually change to wav. It cannot be played.
Re: Hard to diagnose on POST of REST module
Call recordings are set as .UL files.
We automatically convert recordings into .WAV files, however we are unable to convert call recordings.
If you rename your file to a .UL and/or convert to .WAV, you will be able to play it.

After change the filename extension, the file can be played. But the speed is super fast and cannot hear the content.
Re: Hard to diagnose on POST of REST module
Please make sure you are playing the .UL file as a U-law file, mono sound 8000 Hz.
