Last time we talked about this you told us it was because our wav files had headers (even though some WERE being transcribed) so I have chopped the headers off the files and some are still getting stuck in queued status.

Is there any explanation on this? At this point we are going to need to start investigating other vendors if these questions cannot be answered...

Some transcriptions never leaving queued status.
Re: Some transcriptions never leaving queued status.
Hi just checking to see if you have an update on the queueing issue. Thank you!
Re: Some transcriptions never leaving queued status.
Hello,
Apologies for our delayed response. This question was posted in the Fuse+ forum but transcription is not a function built into Fuse+, as a result it took longer for the question to be escalated to the proper group than usual. In the future transcription questions should be posted under the Plum DEV Q&A forum in order to ensure a timely response. We have identified a misconfiguration in one of our application servers that was causing a some empty transcriptions to never return their status back to the API server. The issue has been resolved at this time, please let us know if you experience any further issues.
Regards,
Plum Support
